I've bought material from other "music stores" but this is the best experience I've had since I know I can count on people who are knowledgeable in their field rather than someone learning 'on the fly' like my other experiences. Dale Pro Audio went above and beyond in customer service and I saved so much money by having them knowing what I need. They even taught me the basics of sound mechanics so I can understand why certain tools were needed to get the perfect sound. I just got my first VO gig for a professional animated web-series from the audio gear I bought from your store. That's why this is "pro audio" and not just a music store.
